A Tale of two cities

My goal was to design a human-centric space to inspire every day. A unified global brand coming to life in our Dublin and Boston offices. Two new state-of-the-art headquarters that would leverage design, innovation and well-being as a competitive advantage allows us to work cross-functionally as one force embedding creativity, humanity, and innovation into the company’s culture.

With large multi-purpose areas, digital walls, with open-offices and quiet spaces, we ensured that there is great flow within the space. Our spark is the core of who we are. We used the sparks’s rays to project visible cues throughout, through the ceiling design, flooring design and wall graphics. We maximized our sight lines and brought the outside in. Strategically placed stairwells with inspirational messaging and encouraging facts. Reminding us all we are living humans. phone booths for human time to make phone calls. Wellness room with amenities for new mothers, yoga & meditation. Studio room for digital content such as webinars, facebook live, online learning, and more. Large open cafe area for gathering, lunches with healthy snacks provided, game area, and large digital video conferencing for our company meetings. Even a coffee bar and grassy area with Adirondack chairs for quick on-the-go meetings! Filled the walls with infographics to tell our history, share our story. Huge training doubles as interim executive briefing center with state of the art tech and modular furniture.
