To shift the perception of our target audiences to a work human movement and way of life, we rebranded adding in our tagline, work human. Globoforce pioneered it. It’s our mantra and our call-to-action. Why? To boost market share: There was room to capture a larger piece of the pie in the HCM space and the Freemium market. To capture new markets or audiences: looking to enter into new markets or attract new audiences with our Freemium model.  To increase the visibility of our company among our target audiences.
